Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain the companys financial products and services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide regular support.
- Assist customers with account opening, KYC and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer queries and service requests.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and customer-acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups and customer information.
- Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional in handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Good convincing, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.




- Target-oriented with a positive and self-motivated attitude.
- Basic knowledge of financial products, stock market and investment services is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Comfortable working in a voice-based sales/customer relationship environment.
- Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Candidates from Banking, Finance, Insurance, Stock Market, BPO or Telecalling backgrounds will be preferred.
