We are hiring QA Automation Engineers and QA Automation Leads to deliver quality across healthcare payer applications, including Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, Provider, and Prior Authorization.

Role Overview

You will work with engineering, business, and product teams to ensure reliable healthcare payer applications through automation, functional, regression, integration, API, and database testing.

For Lead roles, you will also own test strategy, planning, automation roadmaps, quality metrics, and team mentoring.

What You Will Do

- Develop and execute automated tests using Tosca or Playwright
- Validate healthcare payer workflows across Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, Provider, and Prior Authorization
- Perform API testing using Postman/REST APIs and SQL/database testing
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Collaborate with Business, Development, and Product teams within an Agile environment
- For Lead roles: Define test strategy, drive the automation roadmap, review test artifacts, monitor quality metrics,



mentor teams, and coordinate with offshore stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

QA Automation Engineer | 2–4 Years

- Experience in the US Healthcare Payer domain
- Hands-on automation expertise in Tosca or Playwright
- Experience in API testing and SQL/database testing
- Understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing
- Experience working in an Agile environment

QA Automation Lead | 8–16 Years

- 8+ years in QA testing, including 3+ years in a Test Lead role
- Strong US Healthcare Payer domain experience
- Hands-on expertise in Tosca or Playwright, API testing, and SQL/database testing
- Experience in test strategy, test planning, and defect management
- Solid Agile/Scrum, stakeholder management, team mentoring, and offshore coordination capabilities

What Sets You Apart

- Experience with Facets
- Knowledge of EDI transactions: 270/271, 278, 834, 835, and 837
- Exposure to CI/CD using Jenkins or Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of HL7/FHIR
- An ownership mindset and the ability to connect testing outcomes with business needs
