Key responsibilities

- Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, credit notes and employee or supplier queries within agreed turnaround times.
- Perform invoice validation, coding checks, two-way or three-way matching and route exceptions for resolution.
- Maintain supplier and purchasing data based on approved requests and required documentation.
- Support payment proposal preparation, blocked invoice review and supplier statement reconciliation.
- Track queues, aging items and daily productivity; escalate missing approvals, duplicate risks and policy exceptions.
- Maintain evidence for controls, audits and standard operating procedures.
- SAP/ SAP S4 HANA knowledge is required

Public Markets Investment Operations Specialist Middle Experience: Approximately 5–8 years Role purpose Independently manage complex public-markets workflows, investigate exceptions and coordinate resolution across internal teams, custodians and operational counterparties.



Key responsibilities

- Resolve complex trade, confirmation, position, cash, pricing and settlement breaks across listed, fixed-income and OTC instruments.
- Independently manage derivative documentation, negative affirmations, failed settlements, transaction amendments and operational claims.
- Analyze corporate-action impacts, support election processing against market deadlines and coordinate accurate downstream booking.
- Review daily collateral valuations, margin calls, eligible collateral allocation and UMR movements.
- Investigate pricing and P&L; variances, support transaction-level explanations and ensure OTC static structures are established correctly.
- Perform peer reviews, coach junior analysts and contribute to SOP, control and workflow improvements. Domain knowledge and systems
- Solid trade-lifecycle, corporate-actions, collateral, IBOR/ABOR, pricing and reconciliation knowledge.
- Hands-on exposure to Murex, SCD, Bloomberg, CTM, GTSS, TradeServ, IceLink, AcadiaSoft, TriOptima, Apex/Clearstream and UDAs, as relevant. Skills
- Structured root-cause analysis, stakeholder coordination and confident handling of competing market cutoffs.
- Ability to distinguish timing differences from substantive booking, valuation or settlement issues.
