- Lead OmniStudio design and development activities.
- Design end-to-end digital customer engagement solutions.
- Build reusable OmniStudio assets and frameworks.
- Guide teams in implementing OmniScripts, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures.
- Participate in business requirement discussions and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and solution reviews.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and product owners.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce and Vlocity best practices.
- Support deployments and production releases.
- Troubleshoot and optimize complex OmniStudio implementations.
