Role & responsibilities :
- Monitor raw materials, production, and finished product quality.
- Conduct quality inspections, sampling, and testing.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and SOPs.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain quality records and documentation.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Coordinate with production teams for continuous quality improvement.
