- Focus Factory 5 production shift responsibilities.
- Product assembly testing
- Shift Safety Wiring harness experience

Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics
- 3 years of experience in Wiring Harness in the Auto or Electronics industry

Responsibilities
- Work to be executed as per the Shift log sheet
- Wiring harness for electrical panels
- Execute work with Safety quality
- No rejections or reworks.
- Actively participate in Kaizen / improvement activities.
- People Management: Yes (Number of people: 33)
- Budget Management: Yes/No

Qualifications
- Education/Training: Diploma in Electrical / Electronics
- Skilled Experience: 3 years of experience in Wiring Harness in the Auto or Electronics industry

Key Competences
- Production shifts handling - 3 years
