- Develop and improve credit risk scorecards and strategies.
- Analyze customer and transaction data to support risk decisions.
- Clean, validate, and prepare large datasets for analysis.
- Build features and automate analytics and reporting workflows.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Present analytical insights to business and risk teams.
Requirements
- Experience in analytics or credit risk analytics.
- Robust SQL skills and hands-on experience with Python/PySpark.
- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and automation.
- Good understanding of credit risk and statistical modelling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- BFSI, lending, or credit risk experience is preferred.
