Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, robust, and maintainable automation frameworks supporting UI, API, and integration testing across multiple applications.
- Define and implement automation strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring maximum coverage and efficiency.
- Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines enabling continuous testing and faster feedback loops.
- Analyze system architecture and ensure applications are designed for testability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Review automation code and frameworks ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.
- Mentor and guide team members in automation tools, frameworks, and engineering best practices improving team capability.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to align quality engineering practices with business objectives.
