Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across various functions and levels.
- Handle niche and specialized hiring, particularly within the EdTech/E-Learning domain.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies based on hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial discussions.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring data.
- Track sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, joining, and closure metrics.
- Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Preferred candidate profile

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
- Candidates currently based in Delhi NCR will be preferred.
