Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Programmer with hands-on experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Angular 20+, React, .NET 8+, and SQL Server, and is passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications. You will work across the full stack from designing responsive front-end interfaces to building robust APIs and optimizing database performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Front-End Development

- Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive web applications using Angular 20+ Or React.
- Build reusable components, modules, and libraries following best practices.
- Implement state management (e.g., NgRx, Redux, Context API) and routing.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG), and mobile responsiveness.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into high-quality code.

Back-End Development

- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET 8+ / .NET Core (C#).
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices (JWT, OAuth2, Identity Server).
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Integrate third-party services and external APIs.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.

Database Management

- Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases (tables, views, stored procedures, functions, indexes).
- Write complex queries and optimize performance (query tuning, indexing strategies).
- Handle data migrations, backups, and integrity checks.
- Work with ORMs such as Entity Framework Core / Dapper.

Collaboration & Process

- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives,



code reviews).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product, Design).
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- 25 years of professional software development experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with Angular 20+ (components, services, RxJS, signals, standalone components).
- Proficiency in React (hooks, functional components, Redux/Context, React Router).
- Solid experience with .NET 8+ / .NET Core and C#.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Web API, and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with Git and version control workflows (GitFlow, PR reviews).
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine/Karma, xUnit, NUnit).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good-to-Have

- Experience with Azure / AWS cloud services.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Experience with GraphQL, SignalR, or gRPC.
- Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Developer, .NET).

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
