Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team at Vivek Vihar, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with solid knowledge of end-to-end hiring processes and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary and ensure smooth offer and joining processes.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets within defined timelines.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide updates to management.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Eligibility

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR/Recruitment experience.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
