Job Description

We are looking for an Officer / Sr. Officer – Telecalling to join our Prraniganga.com e-commerce team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, communicating with dealers and farmers, explaining products/services, following up with leads and maintaining customer records.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Receive inbound calls and handle queries from dealers and farmers.
- Explain products and services clearly and effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with interested customers and leads.
- Support customer onboarding and lead conversion.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/customer databases regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams whenever required.
- Schedule appointments or follow-ups as required.
- Ensure professional and polite communication with customers.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication skills in Bengali or Hindi.




- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valuable telephone etiquette and a polite, confident manner.
- Ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Proactive and target-oriented approach.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Shift Timings

Normal Shift: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Split Shift: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM from office and 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM from home, applicable once or twice a week as per business requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Prior experience in Telecalling / Telesales is mandatory.
- Experience in Customer Support, Customer Onboarding, Voice/Blended Process or Outbound Sales will be preferred.
- Candidates from Agriculture, Agri-tech, BPO, E-commerce or Service Industry will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable speaking with dealers, farmers and customers over the phone.
