Looking for Lift Technicians / Engineers / Sr. Engineers

- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, attending complaints and repairs on lift systems.

- Diagnose malfunctions and conduct troubleshooting to resolve issues effectively.

- Install recent lift systems according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work performed.

- Collaborate with other technicians and service teams to optimize lift performance.

- Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Average response time to service calls.





- Customer satisfaction ratings (measured through surveys).

- Number of completed maintenance tasks vs. planned tasks.

- Compliance with safety standards and regulations.

- Reduction in repeat service calls for the same issue.

Domain Skills

- Understanding of lift systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards (e.g., ASME, EN standards) is an added

advantage

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
