Job Description
We are hiring a Team Leader Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment team, manage client requirements, and deliver quality closures on time. Only candidates with recruitment consultancy or staffing experience should apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and track the performance of a team of recruiters
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and joining
- Coordinate with clients on requirements, updates, and feedback
- Handle bulk and niche hiring mandates
- Improve offer-to-joining conversion and reduce drop-offs
- Maintain trackers, MIS, and reports

Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years of recruitment experience, including 1-2 years as a Team Leader
- Consultancy/staffing background is mandatory (in-house HR profiles will not be considered)
- Solid communication, negotiation,



and people management skills
- Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, and MS Excel
- Graduate in any stream (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
