Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Talent aquistion and head hunting in minimal TAT.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to source talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct cold calls to potential candidates to identify current opportunities and build relationships.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
