Education: Grad / undergrad with minimum 6 months experience

Role & Responsibilities

* Handle international calls .

* Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling and refunds.

* Handle full and partial ticket exchanges as per airline policies.

* Check fare rules, pricing, availability and applicable charges.

* Create and manage PNR .

* Process refunds and ticket changes as per process guidelines.

* Handle EMD issuance and related transactions.

* Ensure excellent customer service and meet quality, productivity and compliance targets.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with Amadeus Knowledge of PNR, Pricing & Fare Rules Experience in Refunds & Exchanges

Familiarity with Cryptic commands
