Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store opening/closing and overall floor operations.
- Ensure proper merchandising, store hygiene, safety, and product availability.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
- Monitor billing counters and ensure smooth checkout during peak hours.
- Drive MORE+ loyalty program enrolments.
- Conduct stock checks, gap audits, and control shrinkage/damages.
- Monitor near-expiry/expired products and ensure timely action.
- Conduct daily team briefings, allocate tasks, and monitor team performance.
- Support sales targets and promotional activities.
