NovelVista Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive – International Sales to accelerate our global growth.

If you have experience building international business, developing new markets, managing channel partners, and consistently achieving revenue targets, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute international sales strategies across multiple markets
• Identify and penetrate new geographies and business opportunities
• Generate leads and build a strong international sales pipeline
• Manage and grow relationships with international customers, sales agents, and channel partners
• Deliver presentations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures
• Achieve international revenue and profitability targets
• Develop competitive pricing while protecting margins
• Maintain accurate sales, pricing, pipeline, and activity reports




• Strengthen existing accounts and identify opportunities for further growth

What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in International Sales / International Business Development
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
• Robust prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across cultures and time zones
• Experience with CRM and virtual communication tools
• Self-motivated, energetic, target-oriented, and relationship-driven
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
