- Support insurance and reinsurance processes for clients.
- Prepare policies, invoices, renewals, and endorsements.
- Create and distribute client documentation.
- Maintain tracking systems and process accurate data.
- Track deadlines and coordinate with internal teams.
- Ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- Follow domestic and international compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- Relevant experience; insurance/finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Good numerical and documentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Knowledge of insurance operations is a plus.
- Positive research, problem-solving, and process-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
