Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source recent customers directly from the market.
- Promote and sell Life Insurance products, primarily ULIP products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate leads through field activities, networking, and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide customer support and policy servicing.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Female graduates (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply).
- Interested in sales and field-based roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel locally for business development.
- Local candidates with Kannada-speaking proficiency preferred.
- Experience in Life Insurance, Insurance Sales, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to business development and customer acquisition preferred.
