Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Presales professional to support our sales team in driving revenue growth by translating client requirements into compelling technology solutions. The role involves working closely with sales, delivery, and practice teams to create winning proposals, presentations, and solution strategies

Responsibilities

- Act as the central point of contact on assigned proposals and lead the work of the Bids and Proposals team.

- Own end-to-end RFI/RFP/RFQ responses and create compelling proposals, pitch decks, and solution documents.

- Gather and understand client/prospect business requirements and convert them into functional and/or technical specifications.

- Collaborate with sales teams during client discussions, discovery calls, and RFP briefings, acting as a consultant who can question, validate, and suggest innovative solutions to client pain points.

- Work with architects, SMEs, and delivery teams to define solution architecture, effort estimations, scope definition, and pricing inputs.

- Coordinate with delivery heads and practice heads while creating proposals, participating in solutioning, and outlining delivery plans.

- Ensure proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines, standard formatting, and quality standards.

- Continuously refine the Presales Repository to build and update presales artefacts (estimation templates, design and architecture templates, competency decks, experience collaterals, etc.).

- Maintain, organise, and back up master repository document sets, ensuring easy discoverability and reuse.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in our focus areas to keep solutions current and relevant

Requirements

- B.Tech/BE/MBA with 4-6 years of relevant experience in an IT services company

- Strong understanding of our capabilities and focus areas across Cloud, Data, AI, UX,



Digital engineering/custom web application development & Media & entertainment solutions.

- Proven experience handling RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, and presales activities in a services environment.

- Demonstrated ability to convert high-level and sometimes vague business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and/or technical requirements.

- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a rapid-paced, continuously evolving environment.

- Inquisitive mindset with a strong interest in keeping up with latest technology and business trends in the organisations focus areas.

- Comfortable working with multiple internal and client-side stakeholders and collaborating across sales, delivery, and practice teams.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency with Google Slides/Docs/Sheets for preparing client proposals and presentations.
