Role & responsibilities

- Manage complete accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank transactions.
- Handle GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Manage invoicing, payments, receipts, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L;, balance sheet, and other financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and statutory authorities.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Robust knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
- Good analytical, communication, and team-management skills
