Position Overview:

The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a city-level team (220 members) to execute and manage awareness activities under the Swachh Bharat Mission within city boundaries. The role demands leadership, coordination, creativity, and dedication to ensure effective public engagement and compliance with the Swachh Survekshan 2025 guidelines issued by the Central Government. He Should be fluent in HINDI

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of 220 field executives conducting cleanliness and awareness activities across the assigned city.
- Plan, organize, and execute daily awareness campaigns, events, and citizen engagement drives.
- Ensure implementation of all activities and indicators mentioned in the Swachh Survekshan 202526 guidelines.
- Coordinate closely with Municipal Officials and local bodies for activity permissions and reporting.
- Design and conduct innovative and impactful activities (e.g., street plays, rallies,



school workshops, competitions, exhibitions, wall paintings, etc.) to promote cleanliness and waste segregation.
- Maintain daily records, reports, photographs, and documentation of field activities.
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve targets and ensure high participation from citizens.
- Monitor field performance, attendance, and discipline of team members.
- Regularly report progress and submit updates to the Project Manager/Head Office.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Social Work, Management, or Workplace-related field).
- Minimum 23 years of experience in field project management, public awareness, or community engagement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a team effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative mindset to plan unique and engaging public activities.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field across different city areas.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email, Reporting Tools).
