Responsibilities

- Multi-Channel Sourcing: Utilize diverse recruiting methods to attract high-quality candidates, including posting targeted job advertisements on premier job portals and leveraging skilled social media networks like LinkedIn.
- Network Building: Proactively develop, nurture, and maintain your own network and talent pipeline of passive medical candidates for current and future openings.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' clinical backgrounds, certifications, and cultural fit.
- Coordination & Pipeline Management: Schedule interviews between candidates and hospital/clinic stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and empathetic candidate experience.
