Job Responsibilities:

* Handle end-to-end Internal Audit assignments from planning to final reporting.

* Conduct risk assessment and identify key operational and financial risks.

* Review internal controls, processes, policies, and compliance requirements.

* Perform audit procedures, identify control gaps, and recommend corrective actions.

* Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.

* Coordinate with clients and internal teams during the audit process.

* Track audit observations and follow up on corrective actions.

* Work on Insurance sector / Insurance-related audit assignments and understand relevant processes and controls.

* Ensure timely completion of audit assignments while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills:

* Solid experience in Internal Audit.

* Good understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit procedures.

* Exposure to Insurance audits will be preferred.

* Good analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

* Ability to independently manage audit assignments and interact with clients.
