Role & responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with applicable EHS, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, risk assessments and workplace observations.
- Identify hazards and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and update PDMS safety-related data, records, reports and documentation.
- Monitor and report safety performance indicators through PDMS.
- Prepare and maintain safety reports, inspection checklists, incident reports and compliance records.
- Investigate accidents, near misses and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, induction programs and emergency preparedness drills.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safe work practices.
- Preferred candidate profile

- Positive knowledge of Industrial Safety, EHS standards and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with PDMS / safety management systems.

- Diploma/Certificate in Industrial Safety / EHS
- PDMS certification will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 will be preferred.
