International Academic Counsellor

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented International Academic Counsellor to join our team. The role involves counselling prospective students and working professionals regarding international education and professional doctorate programs, understanding their requirements, and guiding them towards suitable programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students/leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand candidates academic and professional requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Counsel candidates regarding PhD, DBA, Doctorate, and Honorary Doctorate programs.
- Handle the complete counselling and conversion process from initial interaction to enrolment.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective candidates and ensure timely conversions.
- Achieve individual and team sales/conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and candidate records in CRM/HRMS systems.




- Build solid relationships with candidates through effective communication and professional counselling.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
- Stay updated on program offerings, admission processes, and relevant academic information.

Requirements

- Qualification: BBA/MBA or any graduate degree; final-year management students can also apply.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and counselling abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong interest in international sales.
- Comfortable working in an international/UK-US shift.
- Candidates who are confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking with international prospects will be preferred.
