Join the Finance & Accounts BPM practice of a leading qualified services organization, working at the intersection of Data, Analytics, Finance, and Technology. The role focuses on Python-led analytics and automation, advanced SQL, business analysis, and data-driven transformation initiatives for global clients.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

1. Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions, insights, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
2. Drive Python-based data analysis, reporting automation, data manipulation, and business problem-solving.
3. Use advanced SQL for data extraction, validation, analysis, reporting, and data quality management.
4. Develop MIS, management reports, BI solutions, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
5. Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive process improvement, Agile delivery, and analytics-led transformation.

Requirements:

1. 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis,



Data Analytics, MIS, Reporting, or related roles, with strong hands-on Python expertise.
2. Advanced SQL skills with experience in data analysis, querying, validation, and reporting.
3. Strong Business Analysis, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and consulting capabilities.
4. Exposure to data warehousing/cloud platforms such as Snowflake, ETL/ELT and transformation frameworks such as DBT.
5. Understanding of Finance & Accounting processes, BI/data visualization tools, and Agile methodologies; AI/automation exposure is an added advantage.
