- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
- Manage customer invoicing and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Track invoices, collections, aging, and customer reconciliations.
- Follow up with clients for timely payments.
- Resolve billing and payment issues with internal teams.
- Prepare MIS reports on collections, receivables, and cash flow.
- Support month-end and year-end closing.
- Improve invoicing and collection processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Preferred candidate profile
- Finance and accounting experience.
- Robust experience in invoicing, AR, collections, and reconciliations.
- Experience managing a Finance/Accounts team.
- Experience with AI tools and process automation preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP tools such as Zoho Books, NetSuite, Tally, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
