Role Overview:

Content Associate

We're looking for an enthusiastic, high-ownership Content Associate to help bring our content IPs to life. You'll support projects end-to-end, from trend-spotting and research to writing, cross-functional execution, and go-to-market (GTM) content distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Content Support & Channel Coordination: Assist in driving content IPs from ideation and research through to scripting and final GTM distribution (publishing, metadata, basic SEO support). We're looking for someone eager to take ownership and grow into the role. Creative Execution & Scriptwriting: Write engaging scripts with narrative flair. We need real storytelling, not generic, AI-generated word salad. Written prose which will help with not just video scripts but also social media posts Operational Support: Work closely with editors, thumbnail designers, and other stakeholders to help keep production on track, acting as a reliable point of contact for your assigned content. Content Admin:



Keep content calendars, production trackers, and databases updated and organized. Editorial Expertise: Lead customer pre-interview calls and coordinate shoots for testimonial series, explainer videos, podcasts, social media content

Required Competencies & Traits

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (content, media, marketing, or related fields). Curiosity & Eagerness to Learn: No prior domain expertise required - just genuine interest in learning about the product and category you're creating content for. Trend-Spotting & Culturally Aware: An eye for what's trending, with the instinct to weave relevant hooks into scripts. Ownership Mindset: Reliable, accountable, and someone who follows through on deliverables. Organization: Detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple moving parts and deadlines.
