- Monitor daily cable manufacturing activities and critical production processes
- Verify machine settings, process parameters, and work instructions
- Ensure compliance with NKT specifications, quality plans, and industry standards
- Investigate quality deviations and support corrective actions using structured methodologies
- Support Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma improvement activities while monitoring manufacturing KPIs
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Materials Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or quality engineering
- Experience within cable manufacturing or related industrial environments
- Knowledge of quality management systems, SPC, process capability, FMEA, and root cause analysis
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
