Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple interior fit-out and turnkey projects.
- Manage Project Managers, Site In-Charges, Supervisors, and execution teams across sites.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per client expectations.
- Develop project schedules, execution plans, and manpower deployment strategies.
- Monitor daily site progress and establish solid reporting systems.
- Resolve project and site challenges proactively to avoid delays.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Commercial, and Quality teams for seamless execution.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and execution methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
- Track project costs, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Build accountability and performance culture across project teams.

Candidate Profile:





- 9-16 years of experience in commercial interiors, fit-outs, turnkey contracting, or design-build projects.
- Proven experience handling multiple concurrent projects and large execution teams.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, BOQ management, and cost control.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and MEP drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Educational background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields.
