Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Stock Market Trainer to educate and mentor students, aspiring traders, and market enthusiasts through our Trade School program. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in stock market concepts, trading strategies, technical and fundamental analysis, and have the ability to simplify complex financial topics for learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on stock market fundamentals, technical analysis, derivatives, and trading strategies.

• Mentor and guide students and aspiring traders to enhance their market knowledge and trading skills.

• Develop and update training materials, presentations, assignments, and educational content.

• Prepare daily/weekly market analysis reports and share actionable insights with learners.

• Conduct workshops, webinars, and interactive learning sessions.

• Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback and support.

• Stay updated with market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes.





• Assist in designing structured learning programs and certification courses.

• Create case studies and practical trading exercises to improve learner engagement.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the quality of training programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of equity markets, derivatives, technical analysis, and fundamental analysis.

• Hands-on experience in trading and investment strategies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

• Proficiency in trading platforms, charting tools, and market research tools.

• Ability to explain complex market concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

• Certifications such as NISM, NCFM, CFA (preferred).

Preferred Experience

• Experience in stock market training, financial education, or trading mentorship.

• Prior experience conducting webinars, seminars, or classroom training programs.

• Knowledge of Indian stock markets, SEBI regulations, and market practices.
