Role & responsibilities

- Reponsibe for Product Development, Product Quality, Industrialisation and Continuous Improvement
- Design and develop electronic hardware and embedded product solutions.
- Review schematics, PCB layouts, and product architectures.
- Lead product prototyping, testing, verification, and validation activities.
- Define and execute DVT, PVT, and reliability testing.
- Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
- Develop production test and calibration processes.
- Investigate product failures and perform root-cause analysis.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.
- Work with suppliers, PCB manufacturers, and assembly partners.
- Lead continuous improvements in performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost.
- Own engineering documentation and release processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical,



Embedded Systems, or related engineering discipline
- 5-10 years of experience developing electronic products from concept through production. Please do not apply if you have less than 5 years of experience
- Strong experience with electronic design, PCB review, embedded systems, and sensor integration.
- Experience with product validation, reliability engineering, and root-cause analysis.
- Experience using Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, Eagle, or similar PCB design tools.
- Familiarity with FMEA, CAPA, DFM, DFA, and production test systems.
