Relationship Manager is responsible for driving sales performance across multiple mapped bank branches and ISL branches within an assigned region for the broking business. The role focuses on achieving business growth through client acquisition, cross-selling investment products, improving productivity, strengthening channel partnerships, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The incumbent will build robust relationships with the banks & ISL Client. The role also involves coaching and training both bank branch teams to enhance product knowledge, customer engagement, and overall business performance

Experience:
2 5 years of experience in Financial Services, Stock Broking, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets.
