Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse business problems, user journeys and data to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Translate business needs into transparent requirements, user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria.
- Support PRDs, prototypes and solution definition with the Product team.
- Work with Engineering through development, testing and UAT to ensure requirements are delivered correctly.
- Identify, track and resolve product issues, and validate fixes before closure.
- Drive communication, training and adoption for assigned product releases and features.
- Track feedback, adoption and recurring issues to identify product improvements and drive assigned wok to closure.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

- 0-2 years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, Data Analysis,



or a related role.
- Education: Preferably Engineering, BCA, B.Sc., or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
- Ability to quickly understand business processes and software systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear, actionable requirements.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and software development is preferred.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
