Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Work Location: Kolkata

Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to be the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers. The role involves building strong customer relationships, addressing queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
- Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer and account details in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Technical teams for timely service delivery.
- Record, track, and follow up on customer queries and complaints until resolution.
- Identify basic upselling and cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with the Sales team.
- Assist in preparing customer proposals, presentations, and other required documents.
- Update customer records and ensure accurate CRM data.
- Collect and document customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams.




- Prepare basic reports on customer interactions, feedback, and service satisfaction.
- Assist customers in understanding and using Ricardo Elevators' products and services.
- Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and overall service experience.
- Follow company procedures and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams.
- Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude.
