Job Summary

We are looking for an Azure Data Operations Support Engineer with experience in Azure Data Platform production support. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, reliability, performance, and operational excellence across Azure data services.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 production support for Azure data platforms and workloads.
- Monitor and support Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power BI, and Azure SQL.
- Monitor data pipelines, scheduled jobs, APIs, integrations, and data loads.
- Perform initial triage and troubleshooting of pipeline failures, data quality issues, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity problems.
- Manage incidents, conduct impact analysis, perform RCA, and drive issue resolution.
- Utilize Azure Monitor,Application Insights,



and Log Analytics for monitoring and alert management.
- Coordinate with development and engineering teams to resolve production issues and improve platform reliability.

Required Skills

- 2-3 years of experience in Production Support/Application Support.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Platform services (ADF, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Azure SQL, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of Incident Management, RCA, and Production Operations.
- Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
- Good SQL troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of SRE and monitoring best practices.
