Release Management Administration
- Review / triage / tracking of all open tickets in JIRA
- Ticket review meeting with client
- Creation of release tickets per track / environment
- Managing weekly releases of different types, including collation of release components / files
- Raising / tracking service requests to the Deltek Cloud team
- Release reporting
- Maintenance of the workplace register
- JIRA process ownership / configuration changes - workflows, fields, filters, etc.
- Fielding queries from the Deltek project team, Cloud team and client
- Cover for Release Manager s duties (in their absence), including various client meetings ","
