Senior HR Executive - AI & Recruitment

Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior HR Executive / Talent Acquisition professional with 5–7
years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and strong IT/technical hiring exposure.
The candidate should have hands-on experience with ATS platforms, AI-powered
recruitment tools, and recruitment automation, along with the ability to identify,
evaluate, recommend, and implement new ATS, AI, and HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement
understanding and sourcing to onboarding.
• Have hands-on experience using ATS platforms for candidate tracking, pipeline
management, interview scheduling, feedback management, candidate
communication, and recruitment reporting.
• Have practical experience using AI-powered recruitment tools for sourcing,
resume screening, candidate matching, Boolean search, JD creation, candidate
communication, and recruitment analytics.




• Identify repetitive and time-consuming recruitment activities and implement
AI/automation solutions to reduce manual effort and recruitment turnaround
time.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend suitable ATS, AI-powered recruitment tools,
and HR technologies, and take ownership of their implementation, setup, and
adoption within the organization to improve recruitment efficiency and reduce
manual effort.
• Support HR operations, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation,
and other HR activities as required
Must-Have Skills & Experience
• 5–7 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably IT/technical
recruitment.
• Hands-on experience working with one or more ATS platforms and
understanding of ATS workflows.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean Search, passive candidate
sourcing, and niche hiring.
• Ability to research and stay updated with new AI tools and HR technologies.
