Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship & Retention
- Serve as the single point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
- Build solid, long-term relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage annual renewals of EB policies, ensuring timely execution and minimal churn.

- Policy Servicing & Administration

- Handle day-to-day servicing queries and escalations related to policy administration, endorsements, member additions/deletions, and claims coordination.
- Liaise with insurance companies, TPAs, and internal departments for smooth service delivery.

- Renewals & Upselling





- Engage clients proactively before renewal deadlines; understand their evolving needs.
- Prepare renewal presentations with claim analysis and alternative solutions if needed.
- Support upselling and cross-selling of additional EB or general insurance products.

- Client Reporting & Analytics

- Generate and present claim utilization reports and MIS as per client requirements.
- Share insights and recommendations based on claims trends and market offerings.

- Client Engagement

- Coordinate wellness sessions, helpdesk support, and on-ground events at client sites when required.
- Conduct benefit orientation sessions for employees post-policy issuance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 1-2 years in Employee Benefits/Group Insurance client servicing (broking or insurer side)
- Skills:
- In-depth understanding of EB policies GMC, GPA, GTL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
- Problem-solving mindset and client-centric approach
