- Implement procurement strategies, policies & procedures aligned with ADANI SOPs
- Prioritize procurement activities to meet project timelines and TAT requirements.
- Maintain a Contracts Master for effective document tracking and monitoring.
- Handle procurement across multiple disciplines including Civil, MEP, Kitchen Equipments, Furniture/Fixtures and other Non-food Buying for F&B; Outlets
- Ensure timely release of PO/WO in SAP in compliance with internal processes.
- Provide periodic MIS reports and insights to management.
- Support statutory and internal audit requirements with relevant data and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Projects, Design, Finance, and Estimation teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Preferred candidate profile :-
- Any Graduate
- Post Graduation in Supply Chain Management (Pref)
- Relevant Purchase experince in Restaurant and Fine dine is (Mandatory)
- SAP/ARIBA Experience is preferred
- Positive Communication & negotoation Skill
