About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented, and well-connected Outreach Manager Admissions to drive student outreach and admissions across Jaipur and surrounding regions.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, coaching institutes, and other relevant stakeholders to generate prospective student leads and support the institution's admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Outreach & Lead Generation

- Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate quality student leads.
- Identify prospective students through schools, colleges, coaching institutes, career fairs, education events, seminars, and other channels.
- Conduct presentations, counselling sessions, workshops, and admission awareness activities.
- Build and maintain a strong student/prospect database.

2. School & Institutional Partnerships

- Establish and maintain relationships with school principals, counsellors, teachers, college representatives, and educational institutions.
- Plan and conduct school/college visits and institutional engagement programs.
- Develop long-term partnerships with feeder schools, colleges, coaching centres, and education networks.
- Identify new outreach opportunities within Jaipur and nearby markets.

3. Admissions Support

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, career opportunities, admission procedures, and institutional offerings.




- Coordinate with the central admissions team to ensure effective follow-up and conversion of leads.
- Track prospective students throughout the admission funnel, from enquiry to application and enrolment.
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.

4. Events & Promotional Activities

- Organize and participate in education fairs, career counselling sessions, open houses, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and other outreach events.
- Represent the institution at external events and maintain a professional brand image.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotional activities, and local outreach initiatives.

5. Market Development

- Conduct market research to identify current schools, colleges, student segments, and potential markets.
- Monitor competitor activities, admission trends, and student preferences.
- Develop territory-wise outreach plans and ensure effective market coverage.
- Explore opportunities for expanding the institution's presence in Jaipur and surrounding areas.

6. Team & Performance Management

- Manage and coordinate outreach executives/counsellors, where applicable.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly outreach plans and monitor performance.
- Prepare regular reports on school visits, leads generated, counselling sessions, applications, and conversions.
- Ensure achievement of assigned KPIs and admission targets.
