Location: Thuraipakkam, Chennai

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed

Tamil Process:

- Language: Tamil V4 Skill Set Mandatory
- Salary: 21,000 CTC
- In-Hand: 15,978 + Incentives
- Without CTC: 18,000 Take-Home + Incentives

Kannada Process:

- Language: Kannada
- Salary: 22,000 CTC
- In-Hand: 16,979 + Incentives
- Without CTC: 19,000 Take-Home + Incentives

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Positive verbal communication skills required
- Candidates should be comfortable with telesales and lead generation
- Relevant regional language proficiency is mandatory

Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads for personal loan products through outbound calls
- Explain loan products and eligibility to prospective customers
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead records
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
