Job Description

- Own full-cycle bookkeeping and month-end close for a portfolio of client files, including reconciliations, accruals, and monthly management accounts.
- Lead the preparation of financial statements and supporting working papers.
- Prepare and review Canadian tax workpapers, including income tax and GST/HST filings.
- Review work prepared by Analysts,



providing feedback and ensuring accuracy and quality before manager or partner review.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact on assigned client files, liaising with clients and internal engagement leads.
- Identify process improvements and help maintain strong internal controls and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Support and mentor junior team members, and contribute to ad-hoc client projects as needed.

What You’ll Have

- Degree in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of Quickbooks and / Xero.
- 4+ years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally in a multi-client or outsourced services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client files independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with solid organizational and review skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience working with international clients.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for mentoring and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to maintain overlap with North American business hours.
