Supervising highway maintenance works, labor management, work allocation, and site safety compliance.

Abhipsa Construction is seeking Site Supervisors to supervise highway maintenance works across our OM corridors in Odisha.

You will manage labor gangs, allocate daily work, and ensure every activity is executed safely and to specification.

Responsibilities

- Supervise highway maintenance works including pothole repairs, shoulder repairs, and drain clearing
- Manage labor deployment, attendance, and daily work allocation
- Enforce site safety compliance, traffic management, and PPE usage
- Coordinate material and machinery requirements with the site engineer
- Maintain daily progress and labor records
- Support quality checks and measurements at work fronts

Qualifications

- ITI / Graduate qualification




- 5-8 years of experience supervising highway or road maintenance works
- Strong knowledge of labor management and site safety practices
- Ability to read basic drawings and work orders
- Positive leadership and crew coordination skills

Preferred

- Experience on NHAI OM corridors
- Familiarity with traffic management plans and night works
