Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer/courier returns received at the warehouse.
- Receive and physically verify returned shipments.
- Perform product-wise checking, quantity verification and condition assessment.
- Segregate returns into Positive Inventory, Bad Inventory, or QC Hold.
- Update return status in WMS/Uniware.
- Coordinate return GRN/putaway where applicable.
- Maintain return-related records and daily MIS.
- Identify discrepancies such as missing items, wrong SKU, damaged products, etc.
- Ensure timely processing of all pending returns.
