Job Summary

Owns site schedule updates and billing cycles, reconciles client and subcontractor quantities; hands-on in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Primavera/MSP.

You will keep site schedules current and run the billing cycle for assigned projects, working closely with site and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

- Own site schedule updates and billing cycles for assigned projects
- Reconcile client and subcontractor quantities and measurements
- Prepare RA bills, measurement sheets, and progress documentation
- Assist in preparing deviation statements and progress summaries
- Maintain planning data in Primavera/MSP and reporting trackers in Excel
- Support the senior engineer in claims and review preparations

Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering
- 2-4 years of experience in planning,



billing, or quantity surveying
- Hands-on proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Primavera/MSP
- Understanding of measurement books and RA billing processes
- Solid analytical and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to highway/infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with ERP-based workflows
