Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities and manage labour deployment
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Conduct quality checks and material testing at site
- Maintain daily site records, measurement books, and progress reports
- Coordinate with surveyors, lab technicians, and equipment operators
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental guidelines

Qualifications





- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 2-4 years of experience in road or highway construction
- Knowledge of MORTH specifications and quality control procedures
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Willingness to work at remote project sites

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with bituminous or concrete pavement construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools
