Project Manager
Gomabai Netralaya, Neemuch (MP)

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate and manage hospital projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones and implementation strategies.
- Coordinate with clinical, administrative and support departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements.
- Ensure projects are completed within defined scope, quality standards and timelines.
- Identify project risks, operational challenges and delays, and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and maintain progress reports, MIS and project documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, vendors and other stakeholders as required.
- Monitor project budgets, resource utilization and ensure effective use of available resources.
- Support implementation of new initiatives, systems, programs and process improvements.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals,



records and compliance related to project activities.
- Facilitate staff orientation, training and awareness activities related to project implementation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status, achievements, challenges and action plans.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a eye care hospital only
- Robust knowledge of project planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting.
- Excellent coordination, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Solid analytical and organizational abilities with good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and MIS reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, teams and deadlines effectively.
